1. Service Description

The OURANIA service ("Service") is an astrology platform provided by Ourania. The Service provides natal astrological charts, daily transits, predictions, and reports based on Swiss Ephemeris calculations. Content is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

2. Accounts

• ✦You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are in the EU, the minimum age is 16.
• ✦You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ✦You must provide accurate information during registration. Fake accounts may be terminated.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• ✦The free plan (Lunar) remains available without a credit card indefinitely.
• ✦Paid plans (Interplanetary, Interstellar) are billed in EUR with automatic renewal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• ✦You may cancel at any time from the settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ✦No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods, except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• ✕Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• ✕Reverse-engineer or scrape interpretation data at scale without permission.
• ✕Share access credentials with third parties.
• ✕Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Greece, Ourania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Greece.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms periodically. We will notify you by email or in-app message for material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
